Shipping policy

How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email for your order for be processed for shipping. We understand that your little ones are getting bigger every day, so we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

What about shipping?

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping. We ship USPS and always include tracking, so unless expedited (which ships 1 day), you can expect order to arrive within 3-5 business days.  

When you order ships, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

And shipping costs?

We’re keeping it simple and offering shipping rates between $4.25 and $12.99, depending on weight. Items under 2 lbs (which is most of what you’ll find here in the shop) will cost $4.25; between 2-5 lbs, $7.99; 5+ lbs, $12.99. We also offer free shipping for any domestic orders that exceed $75.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kathryn@bicyclepie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are happy to accept returns on unused, unaltered merchandise in its original packaging and with all original tags. Defective and/or damaged items are fully refundable. 

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a refund (less any shipping fees) in the method of payment used when the order was placed.

Items returned must be pre-authorized by a Bicycle Pie staff member. 

Please note that we do not refund delivery fees or original shipping charges. Non-returnable/exchangeable items include: pacifiers and teething toys.
